DAY 1 – HIP OPENERS

There’s a 20-25 minutes class for every day of the week. Each class has a different focus bringing you an all purpose, all levels, well rounded program with a perfectly structured schedule.

DAY 2 -DYNAMIC MOVEMENT

This class  is all about building heat. We’ll ramp things up with a sweaty little sequence that will get your blood pumping!

DAY 3 – CORE STRENGTH & STABILITY

In this core session, we’ll build loads of strength and stability from our power centre so get ready to feel the burn!

DAY 4 -HEALTHY SPINE

This session is designed to keep your spine healthy and open your heart.

DAY 5 – STRENGTH & BALANCE

In this class we’ll use some of the the standing postures to build strength and stability in the core and lower body.

DAY 6- TWIST & RINSE

Let’s wake up the spine and cleanse your digestive system with lots of juicy twists. 

DAY 7 REST & RESTORE

Today is our rest day so we’re going to take it nice and easy with some yummy restorative stretches to help you relax.
