This guide is for anyone looking to improve their core strength, digestive health and immunity.
You don’t have to be advanced to do this program, you don’t even have to be able to do yoga, it can be a completely separate practice, or a perfectly complimentary practice for any movement, breathwork or meditation.
Nauli can be adapted for various body types, regardless of weight or size. While some people may find it easier to isolate the abdominal muscles due to their body structure, most people can learn Nauli with practice and guidance.
HOWEVER
If you are pregnant, post natal wait until you are fully recovered before you practice. Whilst Nauli can help with a lot of digestive problems, if have any medical issues related to the stomach, check with your doctor beforehand to ensure it is safe for you practice.
Once your purchase is complete you’ll receive an email with full details of how to access the guide on all your devices. You can access the guide via the app on your phone, laptop and even stream it to your TV.
The Guide to Nauli is a stand alone program that is not included in the app membership, although it is available within the app once the purchase is unlocked.
Just like any new skill, your progress will depend on a number of different factors including how regularly you practice, your starting point as well as your genetics and natural ability.
If the guide is followed correctly, many people are able to perform the foundation technique of Uddiyana Bandha in the first session and the full Nauli technique in 8 weeks to 6 months of regular practice.
