This series is a great place for beginners to start their yoga journey or for existing yogis to deepen their practice. Discover fun and creative ways to connect to your inner strength, become open and free in your muscles and most importantly, feel amazing!
Each class focuses on a different area of the body and is filled with the dynamic stretches, restorative holds and intuitive movements I use on a daily basis.
Take it step by step with approachable, easy to follow instructions. I’ll be sharing my tips and secrets with you so that you get the most out of your workout. Together we’ll move, sculpt and tone your body, helping you become stronger and more flexible than ever before!
The series consists of 8 videos between 20-50 minutes long, providing you with a well-rounded practice that you can work through at your own pace. These classes are not meant to be easy — they’re going to push you, expand your limits helping you gain confidence both on and off the mat.

GET MOVING
Get your whole body moving in this gentle head to toe flow designed to boost your mood and energy levels.
A 40 minute practice for building strength in your body as well as increasing flexibility and blood flow, making you feel good for the entire day. Breathe deeply, move mindfully and enjoy!
NECK & SHOULDERS
Release tension in your shoulders, neck and upper back with a nourishing 45 minutes practice.
If you spend a lot of time hunched over a desk or looking at your phone this is the perfect chance to reset your posture, relieve discomfort and increase your range of motion.
Stretch, relax and connect to your mind and body in a way that feels good.
HAPPY HIPS & HAMSTRINGS
This is an easy-going 45 minute flow focuses on opening up the hips and hamstrings, releasing tension and creating space in those areas that can often cause problem areas.
Synchronise the breath with movement, creating a moving meditation followed by a series of nourishing, restorative stretches.
FINDING BALANCE
Feel great from head to toe with an energising 30 minute flow, designed to help you become strong, stable and more balanced.
Build muscle and awareness in your core centre, get creative with standing poses and play around with balancing on your hands. Take time for yourself to connect to your breath, listen to your body and most importantly to have some fun!
CORE & BOOTY
Find your inner strength, feel amazing and discover muscles you never knew you had in a fun and supportive 35 minutes class.
Wake up your core, tone your booty and build the foundation for a stronger yoga practice. Get ready for a challenging workout that you can come back to again and again to notice the improvements.
PLANK POWER
This 30 minute class is designed to invite functional movement in the body whilst connecting the mind, body and breath.
Tone-up and build lean muscle mass in this fiery, full body flow. We’ll take a playful and mindful approach, cultivating heat to build strength and increase mobility. It will be a challenging class but each time you repeat it, it gets easier.
BACKBENDING BASICS
In this 50 minute backbending class we’ll focus on full body awareness, learning about your own range of motion and how to safely awaken your spine. Strengthen your back body and open your heart while bringing more space into an area that can often feel stiff and sore.
Breathe deep, welcoming a healthy posture and a peaceful mind.
20 MINUTE TUNE-UP
Get ready for a total body tune up! This short but sweet class is perfect for when you’re short on time but want to get your energy flowing.
Stretch it out with an uplifting yoga practice that will leave you feeling open and strong!
